Trout is often overlooked when it comes to a quick supper but this recipe proves it should be on the weekday menu. Easy and delicious trout fillets!
- Nonstick cooking spray
- trout (about 12 ounces), cleaned, boned
- onion, chopped
- 7 ounces (200g) champion
- 7 ounces (200 g) cream cheese
- 3,5 ounces (100 g) blue cheese
Cook and stir onion until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in mushrooms and continue to cook until just softened, 1 to 2 minutes more. Add cream cheese. Remove from heat and pour mixture over trout.
Latch blue cheese and pour it over trout.
Bake in preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 25 minutes. Remove baking dish from oven.
